• It depends on the length of the package booked, but as a guide, each portrait takes around 6–10 minutes. I’m happy to chat through your timings and guest numbers beforehand and give you a realistic idea of what’s possible, so you know exactly what to expect.

• Not usually. Guests tend to pop over when it suits them, and it flows naturally throughout the day. Because the sketches are quick, guests can step in, have their portrait drawn, and head back to the party without missing much.

• Very little. I bring everything I need with me. All I usually need is a small space to work from and, if possible, a chair or two for guests to sit while I draw. I’ll work with your venue team beforehand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Yes, I do. While drawing guests in person is my favourite way to capture the energy and charisma of guests, I also offer the option to draw from photographs in my Ultimate Package. This works beautifully if your timeline is packed with entertainment, or if you’d like to include guests who don’t get a chance to sit for a portrait on the day. We can chat through your plans and decide what will work best for your celebration.

• Absolutely! In the Most Loved & Ultimate Packages,  all portraits are drawn on A5 paper that can include your wedding stationery motif and a footer design. It’s a subtle way to tie each piece back to your colour theme.

Absolutely—it’s one of my favourite parts of the day! For the Classic Package I will draw them during the allocated time on the day. For full-day bookings, I can illustrate the bridal couple on the day or from photos afterwards.
